 A SATURDAY
A mission-filled day for me and the rest of SKRAM V; 'twas Ozine Fest 2008 Day 1! The day started with me being a destructor of plans, well, kinda... The call time should be 8:30-9am at Shal's house; but I arrived at GC (the 2nd waypoint) at 11:30am. And another bastard named Vernie came at past 12!! Punctuality is a BETCH!
The venue was SM Megamall Mega Trade Hall, and everyone was eager to fulfill their respective missions. The main mission of each was to enjoy Ozine Fest to the fullest, but each one has his own side quest. Seemed like Rumel tried to complete his side quest and was gone from the scene early. Shal did costrip that day, and Maki hanged-out with his friends. I dunno about Maki and Shal, but they seemed quite satisfied after the day ended. Vernie enjoyed the plethora of yaoi madness during the event. I did try my best to complete my side quest, but decided to just sit my ass for the rest of the day and watched the group cosplays and other performances. (And literally played with Shal's digicam.) Rumel returned before we went home and seems like he finished his mission first among SKRAM V peeps.
A SUNDAY
Ozine Fest 2008 Day 2. I purposedly tried to be a BETCH again to come late on the prescribed meeting time. But after Shal pm'ed me that the registration for the individual cosplay will end at 1:30pm, I snapped out of my evil plan and tried to come there (GC) as fast as I could. But Shal already left so he can register and I went to Mega with Rumel. Maki decided not to go; and Vernie had yaoi hang-over so he was not present, too.
Shal cosplayed as Tobi, and Rumel was just pretty laid back on that day. I was the ultimate "slave of the day", "the official p****grapher", and "the idiot of the day." But unexpectedly, I seemed to reach my goal to finish my side quest. Weird, but sometimes rare items came to haunt the moment you least expected it to. Well, though it seemed like a mission complete to me, something kinda bothered me before the day ends. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the whole day: the amazing cosplays; the futile attempt for cosplay photography; meeting strange people and (unexpected Pokemons); and some other unexplainable stuff. Shal felt really conceited about his cosplay (and the "other thing" that happened that day); Rumel looked ok; I'm having melancholic thoughts; Maki wasn't there; so was Vernie (and Lex..XD).
AN OMGWTFBBQ! DAY
Just I thought the Sunday was finished; I wasn't able to sleep early and ended up staying awake up to 5am (Monday). The mindless chatting with two people: a stooopid old classmate and some vegetable, kept me awake up until I heard the chickens. I was also so eager to download the first episode of Code Geass R2, but ended up to sleepy to watch it and just postponed it.
After I woke up, checked my e-mail, ate vigorously, and took a bath, I went to SKRAM V meeting at Maki's house to talk about the cosplay aftermath and play DotA afterwards. But while we're having our food trip during the afternoon, a mysterious entity named "Sandara Park" showed at the front of Maki's gate...
<*one-winged angel (sephiroth's theme) plays*> (no, really, i just don't know html.. XD)
 ...She begged for food, so I gave her the almost empty bag of Richie™. Then she asked for "panulak", but then told her that we had nothing left. Then, the she delivered the infamous line: "Hoy pogi, thank you ha!" Everyone was really freaked out! Then she said another line, but almost unhearable, something like: "Hoy kayo, tayo!" But for Rumel it sounded like, "Hoy, dattebayo!" WTF?! I really can't tell whom she reffering to (the pogi one.) But the 20% chance that each of us can be that guy really gave me the creeps. And hell, how can I watch/read Naruto now?! Moreover, SKRAM V bastards kept talking on the matter and some other issues about me, so I was like the "pawn for the day." So to release my anger and frustration, I got to be the "playmaker" on both DotA games that we played afterwards. Thanks Stygwyr and Puck. Bow!
JUST ANOTHER DAY
Well, Tuesday is just another day. Though me and Vernie decided to inquire at Enchanted Kingdom for application of possibly a summer job.

- Well, since the convention is kinda boring, we just kicked some gaming-asses and heed our way to the WCG as the Philippine representative for DotA... *continues daydreaming* (there's no DotA competition in WCG anyway)

- We we're not able to take much pictures during our field trip because we were afraid that the geothermal plant will explode if exposed to digital camera flashes... (I'm a complete liar) So we took a few shots with the hard hats on to have that "engineer-look"

| | I'm Kej, and I'd like to leave a memory of the wholesome year of 2007! This past year, I've experienced a lot of ups-and-downs, but here I am, still alive and kickin'! I'd like to upload random pics, but it seems my randomness had me uploading pics in almost chronological order, and handpicked those that feature my ugly mug. xD Basically, these are pics from anime conventions and org activities of the year. Do note: THESE PICS ARE NOT MINE. Yep, because I don't have a freakin' camera (or phone)! So, I'll try my best to give credits to those who captured these pics. - We hate taking pictures at our EE building. Camera flashes can cause unwanted static electricity and can make the walls ignite. Yes, believe me... And we brag each time we wear those batch shirt, and the shirt's design is mine! ;-)

- I cosplayed again, but same character... This one's tiring, yet satisfying... Maki thought he won the individual cosplay category... xD

- Yeah, this is the convention where we stroll around MoA, then looked around the convention venue, sat, sat some more, slept, watched the first five people on the catwalk, then went home, while singing SREI Hymn in van. No kidding... >_<

My last battle for this semester: Me vs EE12! Curse you, subject! We'll face this Wednesday!  I'm quite a radiohead these past days... My favorites would be BrewRATS! on Hit FM, and Rock ED Radio and Against the Flow on NU Rock. My shapeshift from being a TV addict to a radiohead maybe because my laptop is at deep hibernation and there are no decent TV shows to watch lately. Damn Zaido! Stalking girls in the net is SOOOOO boring... at times.  High and Mighty Color still rocks my world! Their third album, San, though the lowest selling album of the band so far, is still rock-solid. Same ol' melancholic vocals of Maakii and machine gun vocals of Yuusuke; angsty bass, roaring drums, and pretty good rhythm. I'll vote Beautiful Girls by Sean Kingston as song of the year...XD Kahit saan eh!Naruto's main villain in the latest manga chapters, Pein, disappoints me. He's just the like the other bosses who'd like to gain power to create a utopia... OK, is this in accordance with  the issue of weapons of mass destruction? My fanarts are on hiatus. I'll work on them this sembreak. Starcraft II. Soon. Dominate Laguna: unsuccessful! Retry. Soul searching on the Internet is pretty odd. You'll post your "imagination" on a text-based electronic device which are connected by people's minds and ideas by an "imaginary web" that is realized by the Internet itself. Technology will eat our world soon... I'm just so bored that I'd pick a fight against the world. Word.
